Maintenance

Balkan Helicopters maintenance facilities are located in Helicopter center Dobanovci, 11km from Nikola Tesla airport. Balkan Helicopters can support a helicopter repair, maintenance or overhaul requirement at short notice, needed to keep our aircraft in perfect condition at the highest safety standard.

All of our maintenance technicians receive updated factory training on a regular basis. They take care of all necessary routine maintenance, annuals, and other scheduled inspections with the utmost care and safety.

Our technicians have access to an extensive library of manufacturers’ technical data, specialty tools and equipment on-site giving them everything needed to maintain our aircraft to the highest standards.

Balkan Helicopters employs a staff of experienced, licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to support our fleet. Our technicians have completed courses on all aircraft types operated by Balkan Helicopters and participate in regular and recurrent training programs, including but not limited to various, internal and company procedures, inspection schedules, Human Factors in Maintenance etc.

We offer cost effective, flexible and responsive maintenance solutions, and deliver quality workmanship.

As one of  largest helicopter operators in this region, Balkan Helicopters can ensure your aircraft is flight ready at short notice with engineers able to provide helicopter maintenance on:

THIRD PARTY MAINTENANCE

Balkan Helicopters offer service to third parties. Come and talk to us about your maintenance requirements. We offer a friendly personal service, transparent pricing and highly experienced staff. Private or professional we’ll make sure you and your aircraft are getting the service you deserve.

CAMO

We offer you a subcontracted CAMO Service and take care that your helicopter remains airworthy all the time. Your satisfaction is our aim!

  • Balkan Helicopters provides Continuous Airworthiness Services for a helicopters and airplanes through the Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization certification provided by the CAD
  • Continuous airworthiness management of private as well as of commercial aircraft is carried out in accordance with the regulations of the European Aviation Safety Agency (E.A.S.A.) and the CAA.

More specifically the company´s specialized C.A.M.O. Department:

  • Designs aircraft maintenance operations;
  • Monitors aircraft maintenance and certifies the bodies implementing it;
  • Monitors new specifications on engines and aircraft;
  • Monitors, files, records and renews aircraft records and logs.

Through the above procedures, Balkan Helicopters guarantees the quality maintenance and airworthiness of your aircraft.
