1. Since the flight is reserved by paying the entire amount, we recommend that you make the reservation, and payment, in a timely manner.
2. In the summer period, due to the increased volume of traffic, we recommend booking at least 4 days before the desired date.
3. For payments from abroad, the payment must be made no later than 5 working days before the desired date.

1. The customer is obliged to use the ticket according to the scheduled time.
2. We suggest that the customer requests a flight date at least 4 days before the desired flight date.
3. It is necessary to submit the exact number of passengers, the exact names and surnames of each passenger and the weight of each passenger, with a note of whether there are children on the flight, as well as a contact phone number
4. It is necessary to submit the destination and purpose of the flight (transportation, wedding, aerial reconnaissance, filming, etc.) in the case of a charter flight
5. It is necessary to submit the time of stay at the destination, in the case of a charter flight

7. Passenger delays are tolerated up to 30 minutes before take-off, when it will be possible to move the flight later in the day in accordance with the Seller’s workload

9. The customer is obliged to inform all fellow travelers about the details of the conditions of use related to the helicopter flight.
1. When boarding the flight, you need to show your ID card or other identification document.
2. Objects that may threaten the safety of navigation, that is, persons or property in the helicopter, such as the objects listed in the Regulations on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods, and which are prohibited from being brought on the flight are:
– Firearms (including replicas or toys)
– Explosives (fireworks, rockets, flares)
– Gases (compressed gas cylinders, tear gas)
– Gas appliances
– Flammable materials (gasoline, lighter fuels, paints, developers, matches, lighters)
In addition, Balkan Helicopters does not allow:
– Bringing champagne into the helicopter
– Transport of pets
– Flares and other inflammable substances near the helicopter and the heliport area
– Smoking in the helicopter and the heliport area, except in places where it is indicated that it is allowed.
3. We do not recommend flying for people suffering from epilepsy, pregnant women, people with recent head injuries, people suffering from fainting, panic disorder, high blood pressure, back problems and heart problems.
4. The pilot, at his discretion, may refuse any person on the flight if he suspects that the person is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
5. Each passenger must have his own seat and seat belt.
6. All precautionary measures are taken for the safety of passengers. Neither Balkan Helicopters nor the pilot can be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury that is not the result of their negligence.
1. For PROMO flights, 15-minute and 30-minute tours highlighted on the website in the “Tours” section, the indicated price includes the ticket price per seat. (the price is the same for children and adults)
2. For all tours of 45 minutes and longer, the price includes a helicopter reservation for the time indicated in the tour description. The number of passengers must be at least one, and a maximum of three for the Robinson R44, with a maximum weight load of 255 kilograms (without the pilot), and for a maximum of four for the Robinson R66 helicopter, with a maximum weight load of 300 kilograms (without the pilot). The number of passengers does not affect the price of the tour. Unless otherwise stated in the tour description.
3. Basic passenger insurance is included in the price.
4. If you have booked a private tour, the price includes the helicopter rental from the moment of starting until the moment of stopping the engine.
5. In the event of a change in fuel price, Balkan Helicopters reserves the right to charge the difference in fuel price on the day of the flight (gift voucher holders are also subject to additional charges).
6. The prices displayed on the website in the “Tours” section are for the Robinson R44 helicopter. You need to send a request for a quote for a Robinson R66 helicopter

1. Balkan Helicopters uses two types of helicopters. Robinson R44 and Robinson R66
2. Helicopter Robinson R44:
– A maximum of three passengers can fit in the helicopter
– The total mass of passengers without a pilot must not exceed 255 kg.
– The mass of passengers per seat must not exceed 120 kg.
3. Helicopter Robinson R66:
– A maximum of four passengers can fit in the helicopter
– The total mass of passengers without the pilot must not exceed 300 kg.
– The mass of passengers per seat must not exceed 120 kg.
4. All passengers are measured before entering the helicopter. If the total mass of passengers exceeds 255 kg for R44, or 300 kg for R66, they will not be allowed to board the helicopter for safety reasons.
5. The Buyer is obliged to provide the Seller with information related to the names of the passengers, the weight of the passengers, as well as the age of the passengers during the reservation in writing (e-mail).
1. Currently, children are not allowed to sit on their parents’ laps during the flight.
2. Children over the age of 2 can fly if they are able to sit in their seat and wear a seat belt.
3. Children between the ages of 2 and 11 may fly in a helicopter, provided that a parent or guardian is present on the flight.
4. Children between the ages of 12 and 18 may fly independently, provided that a parent or guardian is present on the ground
during flight.
5. In both cases, the parent or guardian must sign the consent for the child’s flight.
1. If you have a purchased ticket and a reserved flight (for all flights except PROMO flights and tickets purchased as part of the FLYING SATURDAY campaign), in case of cancellation of the flight by the customer, we will refund the money in the following amount:
• Four days before – full amount;
• Three days before – 50% of the paid amount;
• Two days before – 30% of the paid amount;
• One day before and on the day of the flight – no refunds.
2. If you have purchased a ticket and reserved a PROMO flight (flights with an exact date of departure, without the possibility of choosing another date by choice), in case of cancellation of the flight by the customer, we will refund the money in the following amount:
• Up to seven days before – full amount;
• No refunds less than seven days before the scheduled appointment
3. If you have purchased a ticket and booked a flight as part of the FLYING SATURDAY action:
• Four days before – full amount;
• Three days before – 60% of the paid amount;
• Two days before – 50% of the paid amount;
• One day before and on the day of the flight – no refunds.
4. In case of cancellation of the flight by the Customer, the Customer is obliged to fill out the “Declaration of cancellation of a contract concluded at a distance or a contract concluded outside the business premises” and submit it via e-mail address: info@balkanhelicopters.rs, otherwise no refund will be possible.
5. Passengers who failed to show up for the confirmed flight, made the travel ticket/voucher invalid, and in the event of cancellation on the day of the flight, no refund is made.
6. The money is fully returned in case of:
• Unfavorable meteorological situations (reduced visibility, appearance of fog and heavy precipitation of rain and snow, no cloud base)
• Illnesses of pilots
• Impossibility of performing the flight due to technical failure of the aircraft
• Impossibility of performing the flight due to restrictions of the air traffic control service
7. Balkan Helicopters reserves the right to cancel flights at short notice due to bad weather and other conditions that may affect flight safety. In the event that your flight is cancelled, the travel ticket will remain valid, but the flight must be rescheduled for another date/day or you will be refunded. If you have a voucher – read more in the Gift Vouchers section.
8. In the event that the flight was started for the purpose of performing the service and the flight is interrupted due to force majeure (force majeure is a natural event or human action that could not be foreseen or prevented, and as a result of which damage occurred, with the fact that the human action could not be attributed to the fault of the person on whom responsibility would otherwise fall, such as: deterioration of the meteorological situation, air traffic control orders, etc.), as well as other unpredictable situations (passenger nausea, fear, etc.), it is considered that the service has been fully performed and the customer has no right to a refund.
9. In case the Customer wants to move the flight to another date, he can do so no later than 4 days before the scheduled flight. In that case, he loses the right to a refund and the purchased ticket becomes a gift voucher, which means that the Customer has the right to two more dates to use the flight, but without the possibility of a refund. After that, the Customer is obliged to contact Balkan Helicopters in order to schedule the next appointment, no later than 6 months from the date of ticket purchase.
In the event that a rescheduling of the flight is required during the second scheduled appointment, if the cancellation was made by Balkan Helicopters, the Customer has the right to another appointment of his choice (if that appointment is not already taken). In case of cancellation/postponement of the second date by the Customer, the Customer is obliged to cancel the flight at least 4 days before, otherwise the flight is considered used and he has no right to a third date. The buyer is obliged to contact the seller to schedule a third appointment, no later than 6 months from the date of ticket purchase.
If the Customer does not use the flight within 6 months from the day of purchase, and has not previously extended the duration of the voucher, he no longer has the right to realize the flight by helicopter.
1. For greater comfort, we suggest not to bring bulky items such as bags and coats.
2. Choose a clothes that is comfortable and practical, but not too loose. Flowy pieces can get caught when entering or exiting the helicopter, while clothing that is too tight can restrict movement. The best choice is the golden mean – clothes that follow the body line, but allow freedom of movement. Of course according to the season. The helicopter has heating in winter and good ventilation in summer.
3. Due to the volume of air traffic and/or operational reasons, take-off time and flight time are approximate. It can vary +/-30min and sometimes more.
4. All panoramic flights start and end at the same helicopter take-off location.
5. The helicopter flight path may vary due to weather conditions and/or air traffic control requirements.
6. It is forbidden to lock the door or open the door during the flight.
7. Some Balkan Helicopters flights are filmed. Company policy is that all footage is owned by Balkan Helicopters and may be publicly displayed for non-abusive purposes. If you do not agree with this point, please notify us in writing.
8. Helicopter start-up procedures and take-off procedures can last up to 5 minutes and are included in the total duration of the entire flight, except in the case of connecting flights.
9. The minimum meteorological conditions under which it is possible to fly by helicopter are:
– Cloud base above 600ft
– Visibility in flight of 800m
10. Cameras and other photographic equipment may be taken on the flight at your own risk.
1. A gift voucher can be purchased for all flights from the offer except for PROMO flights.
2. A gift voucher can also be purchased for a flight that is not on offer. If you have ideas where you want to fly and what you want to see, contact us for further arrangements.

4. The customer is obliged to use the voucher within 6 (six) months from the day of payment.
5. The customer is obliged to request a date for the same at least 4 days before the desired flight date.
6. After the expiration of 6 (six) months from the day of payment, and the voucher has not been used, it becomes invalid and cannot be refunded.
7. Vouchers can be extended for a period of three months with an additional cost of 200 euros (in dinar equivalent) + VAT 20% which is paid BEFORE the voucher expires. After the expiration of the specified date on the voucher, it can be extended by paying 400 euros (in dinar equivalent) + VAT 20% BEFORE the expiration of 30 days after the date on the voucher, and the total extension cannot be longer than 3 months after the original expiration date. After an additional 30 days have passed for the possibility of extending the voucher, the voucher can no longer be used or extended. There is an option to pay extra for the service to remind you about the use of the voucher, which is 50 euros (in dinar equivalent) + VAT 20%, which can be paid by the person giving the voucher or the person who received the voucher.
8. Gift voucher costs are not refundable. They can be transferred to another name if the name change is announced at least 7 days in advance.
9. Gift vouchers can only be upgraded for a flight with a higher monetary value.
10. It is necessary to submit the exact number of passengers, the exact first and last names of each passenger and the weight of each passenger, with a note on whether there are children on the flight, as well as a contact phone number.
11. It is necessary to submit the destination and purpose of the flight (transportation, wedding, aerial reconnaissance, filming, etc.) in the case of a charter flight.

16. The customer is obliged to inform all the users of the voucher about the details related to the helicopter flight and the use of the voucher.
17. If the flight is rescheduled by the Seller, the Buyer has the right to two more dates for using the voucher until the expiry date of the voucher, whereby the Buyer is obliged to contact the Seller, at least four days before the new date.
18. In the event that the Customer wants to move the flight to another date, he has the right to two more dates to use the flight, provided that he canceled the reserved date at least 4 days before, otherwise he loses the right to two more possible dates to use and the flight is considered used.
19. In the event that a rescheduling of the flight is requested during the second scheduled appointment, if the cancellation was made by the Seller, the customer has the right to another appointment of his choice (if that appointment is not already taken). In case of cancellation/postponement of the second date by the Customer, the Customer is obliged to cancel the flight at least 4 days before, otherwise the flight is considered used and he has no right to a third date.
20. Vouchers that are used for the first time in the last month of the voucher’s validity, in the event of a flight rescheduling by the Customer, will be able to be used for the rescheduled flight that will take place until the voucher’s expiration date, unless the voucher’s validity is extended.
21. The buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by making a statement on a special form – “Declaration of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance”. The form is sent via the e-mail address: info@balkanhelicopters.rs together with the Agreement. When canceling, the customer may or may not state the reasons for canceling. Exercising the right to withdraw from the contract is possible no later than 15 days from the day when the payment for the voucher was made, provided that he has not scheduled a flight. After the expiration of 15 days from the day of purchase of the voucher, refunds will not be possible.
The passenger is fully aware and informed that piloting of and flying in a helicopter can be very dangerous. The passenger is fully aware of safety measures during the pre-flight briefing. Also, the passenger is made aware that during the helicopter flight an accident may occur in which the passenger may be seriously injured or even lose his/hers life. The passenger is informed that process of accident investigation, facts finding, determining the cause of an accident and who is responsible for the same, as well as eventual lawsuit may last for many years.
To avoid all of the above and with an intent to secure compensation in case of an accident, the passenger willingly states on his/hers behalf, as well as on behalf of his/hers dependants and successors, indemnify of any material, monetary, legal and moral responsibility and guilt of Balkan Helicopters DOO, its principals and owners, employees and pilots.
The passenger agrees that in case of an accident, he/she will accept a compensation by an insurance company which represents a maximum liability of insurance company stated in the policy for mandatory insurance of aircraft owners due to liability for damages that occurred to third parties and passengers in the above mentioned aircraft, as stated in the section of owner liabilities for damages to passengers (per passenger sum) regardless of cause of and accident.
