When making a reservation please include the following information:

Total weight of all the passengers per helicopter can’t exceed a maximum of 255kg.
Children pay full ticket price.
If you are not in a group of three you might be seated separately. If you do not wish to be seated separately, you can purchase a third ticket.
Your seat is reserved only after you purchase the ticket, otherwise we can’t guarantee your seat. The time listed on your ticket may not be exact due to volume of air traffic, and/or operational reasons. Time may vary 15 minutes. All passengers are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the time listed on the ticket. We will try our best to accommodate your desired departure time, however, your desired departure time may not always be available due to seat availability and the need for continuous flight operation. Preference is given to groups of three people.
You can personally pick up your ticket either at the heliport in Dobanovici, or at the place of operation on the day of your flight.
All children have to be capable of sitting in their seats alone. Children ages 2-10 must be accompanied by an adult. Children ages 11-18 may fly alone if a parent is present on the ground.

10% DISCOUNT is available for all the tickets purchased prior to June 30, 2018.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We will refund 50% of the ticket price if a passenger cancels reservation three days before the flight.
We will refund 30% of the ticket price if a passenger cancels reservation two days before the flight.
No refund will be issued if a passenger cancels reservation one day before the flight.
Full refund will be issued if the flight is canceled in case of any of the following events:
